Cleaner

Job Summary: Our client is looking for a cleaner to take care of the facilities and carry out cleaning duties. The goal is to keep the environment clean and orderly condition, ensuring a pleasant and safe environment for the employees and visitor. 

• Job Salary: 3550 Ron
• Age limit: 30 – 40 years
• Vacancy Availability: 25 and above

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms using established practices and procedures.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum and or hand scrub floors using brooms, mops and vacuum cleaners.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Empty and clean trash containers.
• Dispose of trash in sanitary manner.
• Monitor building security and safety by performing tasks such as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created. 
• Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies either manually or by using hand trucks.
• Replenish supplies such as restroom supplies and cleaning materials.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and powder equipment to prevent damage to the floors and fixtures.
• Mix water and detergent or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
• Notify management concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating system.
• Notify manager concerning the need for repaire or additions to building operating system.

Terms and Conditions:

• Period of Employment – 2 Years (Option to Extend)
• Food: Provided by Employer
• Accommodation: Provided by Employer
• Working Hours Per Day: 8 hours per day with one day-off per week (Overtime available)
• Medical: Provided by Employer
• Insurance: Provided by Employer
• Taxes: All local taxes will be paid by Employer.
• Annual Leave: 21 working days paid per year.
• All other terms and conditions will be in accordance with the pertinent law of the country of employment.
