Job Summary: We are seeing talented and experience Chefs who can lead the kitchen operations. The ideal Candidate will be passionate about food, creative in their culinary approach and possess strong leadership skills to manage and inspire the kitchen staff.

chef is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting food in a professional and appealing manner. This includes menu planning, food preparation, garnishing, and food presentation. Hygienic will be major importance and must adhere to food safety policy.

• Job Salary: 3550 Ron
• Age limit: 30 – 40 years
• Vacancy Availability: 10 and above

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking and plating.
• Develop and create new menu items that showcase creativity and innovation while considering customer preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Ensure consistency and high-quality standards in food presentation and taste. 
• Manage inventory levels and ordering kitchen supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold culinary standards and promote a positive work environment.
• Implement and enforce hygiene and safety regulations to ensure a clean sanitary kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with management to develop cost effective menus while maintaining profitability.
• Monitor food costs and waste to maximize efficiency and minimize expenses.

Terms and Conditions:

• Period of Employment – 2 Years (Option to Extend)
• Food: Provided by Employer
• Accommodation: Provided by Employer
• Working Hours Per Day: 8 hours per day with one day-off per week (Overtime available)
• Medical: Provided by Employer
• Insurance: Provided by Employer
• Taxes: All local taxes will be paid by Employer.
• Annual Leave: 21 working days paid per year.
• All other terms and conditions will be in accordance with the pertinent law of the country of employment.
