Auto Painter

Job Summary: At Willow Recruitment our client is looking for Skilled Auto Painter. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive painting, a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high quality finishes. As an Auto painter you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing paints and applying coatings to vehicles to ensure a flawless appearance.  

• Job Location: Timisoara, Romania
• Job Salary: 4500 Ron
• Age limit: 30 – 40 years
• Vacancy Availability: 20 and above

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for paining by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
• Mix paint to match vehicles colours and ensure proper consistency.
• Apply primer, base coats and clear coats to using spray guns and other painting equipment.
• Ensure paint application is uniform and free of imperfections such as runs or sags.
• Use masking tape and other materials to protect the part of the vehicles not been painted.
• Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment to prevent exposure to harmful chemicals.
• Monitor drying times and apply additional coats as needed to achieve desired finish.
• Inspect finished paint jobs to ensure quality and make any necessary touch ups.
• Clean and maintain paining equipment ensure proper functionality.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient work follow and timely completion of projects.

• Proof of Address Document (Must be issued within last 3 months)
• Police clearance
• Two reference letters

Terms and Conditions:

• Period of Employment – 2 Years (Option to Extend)
• Food: Provided by Employer
• Accommodation: Provided by Employer
• Working Hours Per Day: 8 hours per day with one day-off per week (Overtime available)
• Medical: Provided by Employer
• Insurance: Provided by Employer
• Taxes: All local taxes will be paid by Employer.
• Annual Leave: 21 working days paid per year.
• All other terms and conditions will be in accordance with the pertinent law of the country of employment.
